Media is safeguarded by copyright law, meaning it cannot be used legally without securing the proper permission from the original creator. Before processing an order, we may need to confirm with the club or the business/artwork owners to ensure we have the necessary rights to use the design.
When selecting a location for printing, it’s crucial to take into account features on the garments, such as zippers and buttons, since these components can melt when subjected to heat from the press. Designs should be created with care to ensure these areas are avoided.
Vinyl printing is our most durable technique, which involves the pressing of vinyl sheets onto garments. The process begins with sheets being precisely cut using a cutter, followed by the removal of unwanted vinyl to reveal the desired design. Despite its durability, this method has limitations, as it struggles to create intricate details and cannot always effectively combined multiple colours together.
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing works by printing a design onto a special film, coating it with hot-melt powder, and then heating it to create an adhesive layer. The film is then heat-pressed onto the fabric, transferring a durable and flexible print that works on most garment types.
